Provisions Relating To Bond
A civil employee who goes for a study, training or study tour shall execute a bond as referred to in Schedule- 12A., a civil employee who goes on the study leave pursuant to Sub- rule (5) of Rule 61 shall executed a bond as referred to in Schedule- 12B., and a civil employee who goes to work in a national and international organization or association by taking the extra-ordinary leave shall execute a bond as referred to in Schedule-12C.
